Mission Statement
The Illinois Valley Chapter of the American Red Cross is a non-governmental, humanitarian organization led by volunteers and supported by paid staff which provides timely and essential services in a compassionate manner to residents and workers in our communities. We provide education and assistance to help people prepare for, prevent, and respond to emergencies and disasters so that we protect and support the communties we serve.
Through individual and corporate financial support, collaborating with other community organizations, and living out the values of the American Red Cross, we can be there when people need us and help them lead safer and better lives.
